1) Make a statement about something you wish to possess or be, e.g. "I am wealthy". Then listen closely to the "self-talk" in your mind. What "does your mind say" exactly after that statement?

Does it say: "You will by no means have enough money!" or "Making money is difficult!" or "You are just not excellent"?

Ok, you have now noticed some of your Limiting Beliefs!!

2) Make a statement about something you want to have or be. Then see any unhappy emotion in your body arise. For most people this will be somewhere in your chest or stomach, but it might be anywhere in your body.

This unhappy feeling arising depicts that there is a difference between your statement and what you truly believe about yourself. Now you might discern Limiting Beliefs come up in your mind as in 1), but this is not actually obligatory.

You now realize that there is a Limiting Belief about your statement (your wish).

As soon as you know that there are limiting beliefs regarding a subject (a matter such as money, achievement, relationships), you will possibly wish to get rid of them.
